Soft to the touch and super stretchy polyester crochet tops.  Waffle crochet elastic tops are comfy, breathable and perfect for creating your princess tutu dresses. Add your layers of tulle to the bottom, co-ordinating ribbon to create a halter neck top, or to the shoulders for shoulder straps and finish it off with embellishments to give your top the perfect, unique touch.  The 10 inch tops typically fit children between approximately 6 and 10 years old.
